AFT Construction is a leader in providing the highest quality construction services operating in Arizona USA. I came across at their incredible work on Instagram, and I was fascinated by their incredible attention to detail in every single one of their projects. Their high standards and incredible innovation is what makes AFT Construction one of the premier construction firms in the Arizona region

Here’s some of their incredible projects/transformations that will definitely cause some house-envy.

Project: Whitewing at Higley Ground up residential construction with 5,050 livable square feet and 7,072 total square feet under roof. Features include 5 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, and a teen room. Highlights: AFT Construction added a massive fully automated 26-foot, 5-panel multi-sliding door in the great room creates the perfect indoor/outdoor living space.

The master suite is transformed into a master retreat with plenty of private space and luxury featuring a 600-square foot walk-in closet, 12-foot bathroom ceilings, and an over 70-square foot walk-in shower.

Project: The BETH Chateau on Central | Design Challenge Arizona was a year-long interior design challenge that took three unfinished Chateaus along with three A-List designers to design, build and implement a finished product.

Highlights: Organic Materials – The use of organic materials such as oaks, raw woods, wrought iron, concrete and stone create a natural palette for the BETH and the whimsical details throughout.

Natural Light – Windows are windows but this Chateau through the use of color, open stairway and finishes was able to capture the natural light often dimmed in city environment.

Results: After 12 months of planning, design, and implementation, Chateau 18 – the Beth – exudes uptown funk with it’s comfortable and clean-lined appeal.

Project: Mid-century Modern Rancher Built in 1997, this residence is a 2,500 single family ranch style home that sits on over 1 acre. It was very outdated with a poor floor plan and AFT was asked to give ideas for a complete renovation to open up the home and transform it into a warm, bright, inviting space.

Highlights: Structure – To open up the floor plan, AFT took great measures in the kitchen, great room and entry by removing walls and creating a large, functional space.

Windows & Doors – AFT worked with the owners to select new windows and doors that would allow an updated product, but yet still achieve timeless character to the home.

Results: AFT worked with the homeowner and collaborated on the vision, approach and implementation of this mid-century modern home. The result is an eclectic and colorful residence that embraces the architecture and is a classic design for generations to come.

Project: Chandler Luxury Remodel Originally built in the early 2000s, the home consisted of the common finishes of that era: brown/tan finishes and travertine floors. The owners were looking to update the look of their home to something more light, fresh, and modern. AFT completed a large renovation that focused on the kitchen and master bath, including new cabinets, countertops, flooring, and doors.

Highlights: AFT replaced the glass block shower, built-in, platform tub surround, and curved ceilings have been replaced with a standalone tub, clear glass panel enclosed shower, and a squared-off ceiling that provides modern, clean lines.

The darker finishes of brown cabinets, tan/brown granite countertops and backsplash, and travertine floors were replaced with white quartz countertops, white upper kitchen cabinets, and marble tile in the bathroom and kitchen backsplash.

Results: The newly remodeled kitchen, master bath, and office give this Chandler home a bright, airy feel and the refreshed, contemporary look the owners sought to achieve.
